Refund policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on food items.

If your order has not been delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided, we cannot process a refund or replacement. 

If the courier has made multiple delivery attempts and you have not collected the item, resulting in its return to us, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

In the event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we require a photo of the defect in order to evaluate your refund request. Without this photo, we are unable to assess your claim. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please email kuhlbakes@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect order and we will review and advise if your return has been accepted.
